“Rich Services replaced my Lennox air handler with a Goodman air handler thru HWA in October 2021. I called Rich Services to find out if they had any documents on my replacement & installation. They said they had no records of my replacement. They did not register any serial nbr or model nbr. They did not furnish me with any documents after installation. Because of their negligence I am not covered by any warranty. My service tech found part of the serial nbr missing and painted over. Who needs this kind of service?”

“So I tapped my horn at a Rich Services driver this morning, because he was sitting at a stop sign, with no traffic coming. He then waited longer, for more traffic to come, then honked at me (im driving behind him) as he pulled out to the main road. He then stopped in the street, waited for me to turn, and pass him, then he started following me aggressively. When I turned off to stop and confront him, he turned his signal on, as if he was still following me, then took off. This guy lives on my street, constantly speeds through the residential neighborhood, and knows where I live. I called Rich Services this morning, left a detailed message, and no one called me back. Im very concerned, and more concerned that no one called me back from Rich Services.”
