“I used TMS Heating and Air Conditioning services today. I called them last night and Ray was at my house promptly at 9:30am today. My issue was I recently replaced the faceplate (dial/tuner on the wall) from my old flintstones style to a new school touch screen jetsons version. I had hired an electrician to initially install and connect the wires but they didn’t wire it up correctly with a C-wire and it only worked for a week. Ray was extremely knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly by rewiring the touchscreen and fixing the wiring on the actual A/C unit (furnace) inside my closet. Outstanding work, extremely professional, and the service call price was very reasonable! I’m sticking with TMS if I ever move and rent out my house!”

“The old AC unit in my home was 20 years old and dying. Ray had the best price of all the companies that I had come out for estimates. He was also able to get the new system installed the soonest. Less than 24hrs after we agreed on the price it was installed and cooling my home. About a month after install, a factory weld popped on the unit and again in under 24hrs a new one was installed at no cost to me. He did the leg work with the manufacturer, all I did was call him. Ray is super friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to explain things to help me understand. I've recommended him to friends and will keep doing so. “I had a brand new system installed inside and out in June because the ac went out. Come November when the weather got cold out we turned on the heat and it was blowing cold air so I called them to come troubleshoot the system. They said my old thermostat was not compatible with the new system and they would sell me two basic thermostats and not charge for the install. I said I wanted to check prices on thermostats and give them a call back if I was going to go with their thermostats When I went to turn the Ac on because it got warm again the ac was now blowing hot air so the problem went from bad to worse. I tried reaching out for them to install their thermostats since I had already had them working on my system and a new company would change me for install and thermostats, it took 3 weeks for them to respond back. Ray contacted me after 3 weeks said they were out of town and that was the reason for the late response. Got it. When he came to install the new thermostats they were $60 thermostats very basic which he said they would be but he was charging me 125 per thermostat and when I asked if he could do better on the price, he said, the cost was for his time and the install which he said he was not going to charge. In my opinion, if I paid for a brand new HVAC system, the heat and the air conditioning should have been checked when the new system was installed, and if the thermostats were not going to work with the heater, they should have been changed at the time the system was changed , I feel like this was a poor business practice and would not recommend this company for HVAC repairs. UPDATE: This company has made right by refunding the $250 they charged for installing the thermostats.”

“I at first highly recommended this company but after paying for service our problem continued it freezes over and leaks like crazy. We called them back because it fell under their 30 day warranty they came back out and still couldn't figure out the problem so they told me I don't know how to work my AC and not to call them back out for anything. I didn't know that leaving an ac 76 was not knowing how to use my AC. I'm so glad that I know this now and will NEVER call them again because not only was my problem not fixed but 350$ later I'm having to call someone who REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING! They rip people off and I'm a disabled VET!”
