While he was here, he was extremely friendly, and he did a great job of explaining the issue we were having. He made it a point to get the part we needed and fixed it the same day. Cody with Authentic Air was readily available, professional and honest. He found out that our 2 year old furnace circuit board was malfunctioning. Fortunately they had a replacement part available in San Marcos and under warranty. He came in at 9:20am, traveled to pick up the replacement part, and finished installation by 11:30am.
