“I live in an apartment complex, so when my A/C stopped blowing cold air during the hottest week that we've had this year, and after many attempts of putting freon in, and nothing was working. The maintenance staff asked for professionals to come and look at it. Luckily, my management called Capitol Cooling to the rescue. Scott arrived and was very thorough, polite, and very professional. Come to find out he's the owner. Then he submitted the bid and my apartment complex approved it. I got a new unit inside my apartment and a new A/C unit outside my apartment. Saul was the one that came to do the installation. I've never had a chance to watch somebody put in an A/C unit. I thought it was just simply take it out of the box, and put it in kind of thing. Oh my goodness, I was so very wrong. There are so many skills and detailed things that you have to know in order to do this job. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, and the thoroughness of the work. Everything was perfect. It looked beautiful once it was done. They cleaned up after themselves, which people don't do that anymore. It is a very up and up great company. They are very honest, friendly, beautiful nice peop”

“We had an issue with our HVAC in the cold days of Winter. We had 3 companies out a total of 7 visits to try to assess the problem. The problem started after the first (very large, national) company did a very cheap (loss-leader promo) "tune up"-- I sure hope they didn't break something on purpose...I have no way to prove that...but the timing is suspicious. I had that same large company come back out to check it again, and they sent a "comfort specialist" out to tell me that I needed a "whole new system" anywhere from $11-14K. Then I had another company come and access and they, unfortunately, were not able to finish the job. It was finally Capitol Cooling that got us back up and running for under $1000. Their communication was very good, they were very friendly, and I was very pleased with their service. Thank you, Scott and your team!”
