When he didn’t know an answer to my question, he quickly procured the answer, no doubt from the knowledgeable mentors at Garner heating and air conditioning, and all was well. Chey was very thorough and meticulous. He let me know what he was checking and why. He gave helpful tips to extend the life and function of my air conditioner. And who doesn’t want that! Garner is my go to for all things climate related and Chey is an absolute asset to their team!”

“We have an annual servicing on our heating Air Conditioning system through Gardner. I frankly wasn't expecting much except for the technician to walk through the house, check the thermostat, make some changes to make sure everything worked, and somehow pay them money that wasn't supposed to happen but did. My assumptions weren't even close. The technician, Matt, started in our attic and checked everything plus gave me some advice on Karen maintenance that I could do. He went outside and checked all of the electronics and cleaned out my system. In the house on the thermostat, I discovered I had a very old one that's no longer made, and I could have a new one put in that had automatic on it, which mine did not have. Fairly basic. He gave me suggestions I could go to any place in my which I wasn't interested in, but seeing what mine would not do and what a new one did left me with no other decision to make other than getting a better one which I did which he installed in probably 45 minutes which would've taken me days. I was so impressed. There was no other fees charged except for my new thermostat. If you don't have somebody servicing your air conditioner, I'd give Garner a call right now. I can guarantee you need it.”
