“So sad to say that I had a bad experience with this company. This is my mother in laws house and we rent the mobile home from her. We got a new AC system set up about 2 years or more ago. In the beginning we had to call multiple times because the house was still hot in the living room. It would take days or not even a phone call back from them. When they did come they would do the bare minimum and just tell us to keep up with our filters which we always did. One day we noticed that the floors in our house near the AC system was lifting, cold , wet and water was spreading underneath the floor boards from the hallway to my kids room.We called and were told that our warranty was expired. So we understood the policy and asked for someone to come and check to see why it’s leaking or what’s the issue. We paid 250$ they sent someone very late evening around 6pm. Two guys came and stated that the reason for the leaking was because it was “clogged” he proceeded to do what he needed to do. And before he left and got paid he stated to keep up with the maintenance every 6months-1year. We kept an eye on the AC system to see if it was still leaking and it was so called again and no one ever show”

“We had our home painted with some minor wood trim repair. The project manager, Joe Keedy, was excellent each step of the way. Painting team were all very professional and friendly. Quality of work was very good and they worked hard each day to deliver the work in a timely manner. Joe did a final inspection with a critical eye and caught minor details we did not on our review of the work! We are definitely happy with the work and the fresh appearance the new paint gives our property!”

“I got the windows because of safety issues and energy savings.I choose CAT because they called and I am glad I did. I like the windows because they are thick panes and they cannot be raised by anyone outside. The thickness of the glass definitely will also prevent any intruders. The installers were nice and trustworthy. They gave me a sense of relief because of their professionalism. I gave 4 stars because they did not initially put down plastic and my house was dusty. “My windows look gorgeous! They are clean, easy to open and make my home look brand new. The installation went fast. The installers were courteous, professional and very friendly. The youngest guy. Daniel was extremely pleasant and well mannered which is usually for today’s youth. After the installation, they walked me through every window. They did make a small dent in my floor, but they fixed it better than new. I have already noticed the windows keeping the hot air out on the 100 degree days and I also do not notice the traffic noise on the street anymore. My new windows give me the same feeling when I first moved in. The Pflugerfest is in two weeks. That will be the real test for the noise. Thank you Anlin and CAT Exteriors for the windows. “I choose CAT because I had old windows with bad installation. Condensation was coming in through the seal and it was cold through the windows, I did replace before with cheep windows. They did not work. My Anlun windows are amazing. I can now look out and see my front yard easily. They also do not allow the barking sound of my dog in. The installation took 2 days. “I had one room that got extremely hot. It has 5 windows and small HVAC vents, but when I got the windows the heat went down but I am also going to get the vents increased.
