“Best company in the area. They diagnosed the problem for me correctly, while being friendly and professional. Unfortunately I had to replace the system. I did do my due diligence and got multiple quotes from multiple companies over 2 weeks. Greg's H&A were the best overall given available equipment, communication and price. The quote I got was detailed in terms on what the system is and that it does follow approved specifications - not every company does this. They also double checked my needs in terms of system size and provided very good explanation with data backing it up. I got 3T unit and some companies out there told me I need 3.5T or 4T, so wanted to double check. Installation itself was quick and smooth. All involved technicians were very professional and polite. Also answered all my questions. Even with this being a very costly endeavor, I am very satisfied overall with what I got. I would recommend this company to anyone at this point.”

“Robert showed up as the second contractor on what I felt was a small issue. I showed him what was going on let him do his own diagnosis without filling in what the previous contractor had said. Robert came back with two very small issues discovered. He had already fixed the issue and was testing the unit. 24 hours later not a drop of condensate leaking out of the bottom of the air intake. Greg's Heating and Air fixed for a very reasonable cost. Double checked the health of the unit while they were here. By the time they left I was feeling confident the unit was going to be fine. All while the 1st company's diagnosis was thousands of dollars in repair, but was a recommend replacement unit. Greg's Heating and Air is pushing a 5.0 rating for a very good reason.”
