“My HVAC system stopped cooling in the middle of July. I called Chas and he was able to come out that day to look at everything. We he got to my house he assessed this issue and knew he had to get up into my attic space. It was the middle of the day and hot outside and hot inside. So he said that if he went up there at that time anyone would be on the verge of a heatstroke. Which I completely agreed with. He told me that he would have someone at my house early the next morning before the extreme heat. They arrived and within 20-30 minutes they had fixed the issue and were on their way. Keep in mind they have maintained my HVAC system since they installed it 13 years ago. Great people and great service.”
