My coil needed to be replaced for my AC but unfortunately it was no longer under warranty he made sure to let me know the price of everything upfront before continuing with any work, making sure that I was OK with everything. The add-on was just to install a smart thermostat where I already had c-wire installed so a 5-10 min service. I would’ve and fully could’ve done it myself as I thought it needed to be recalibrated professionally when it’s changed out.”
