“Upon contact they promptly scheduled appointment, sent tech, Tino out, provided a quick/reasonable estimate, we approved it and he immediately repaired copper lines! This a lengthy process: refrigerant moved into compressor, brick mortar chiseled around kinked lines, then copper cut, cleaned, slack on copper lines inside house needed pushed/pulled through attic crawlspace; new lines soldered into place, copper bent three directions toward compressor with a bender tool, then other end soldered; system pressure tested with nitrogen, then deep vacuumed for stringent leak tests. Afterward, Tino effectively insulated/sealed hole in brick mortar, tested unit operation, added a pound of refrigerant. We’re pleased with his repair, decided to purchase their annual VIP service; which includes semi annual thorough inspections and testing! I highly recommend them to all my friends. I discovered this terrible blunder by another company’s original HVAC system installer who obviously pulled line to left and downward toward compressor caused severe kinks; after I gently removed weather-beaten rubber insulation cover on large low pressure line, it revealed copper line damaged back then as it was new system/home and seemed to operate well. However It’s amazing system worked fairly all these years, yet it no doubt ran longer each time to effectively cool house during extremely high heat of summers here in South Texas!”
