About
Saucedo Group Llc Dba Cool It operates out of Dallas as an HVAC outfit that covers the full range of heating and cooling needs for homes and small commercial spots across the city and into Fort Worth. They handle air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, and package systems along with refrigeration work and water heater installs. Texas summers push equipment hard with nonstop heat and humidity, while winters bring sudden cold snaps that test older furnaces and boilers. Homeowners in Dallas often call when units fail right in the peak of summer or when a system needs a full swap before the next cold front rolls through.
Techs from the crew show up for AC repair calls on rooftop units and indoor air quality jobs that include cleaning coils and checking airflow in mobile homes and standard houses alike. They also take on furnace maintenance, boiler fixes, and tankless water heater installs where lines have clogged from hard water common in the area. Customers mention quick responses to chiller problems at small commercial sites and refrigeration work on ice makers in kitchens that break down during busy seasons. One job might involve swapping a heat pump compressor after it seized in the July heat while another requires running new lines for a mini split addition in an older Plano home that never had central air.
Folks in Dallas keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains the actual problem without extra charges, and leaves the system running right without callbacks. Reviews highlight solid communication when parts take a day to arrive and fair pricing on both small repairs and bigger installs that keep homes comfortable through the worst weather swings. Speed matters when the temperature hits triple digits and quality shows in systems that hold up past the first summer. DIRT Score 0.94 from 18 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Towed car while I was in one of the stores (store agreed to cctv footage), paid to get my car and started taking pics of it, Man who claimed to have towed my car threatened me not to take pictures - I told Him I was allowed to take pictures of my car, he asked “what I would do if he attempted to stop me” and closed his gate, after insuring him that I would constitutionally defend my self he opened the gate and continued to threaten me as I was leaving. I’ve filed a police report with pictures of the business, where my car was found located on their property and the said individual - those with similar experiences with this establishment feel free to contact Texas Department of Transportation.”
“THESE DRIVERS TOWED A CAR WITH 3 DOGS IN IT. My friend and I had some confusion on where to park while picking up our coffee order. We had our 3 dogs with us. It was chilly outside so we rolled the windows down and walked across the street to and got our coffee. We turned the corner and the car was gone. The Live animals were in the car and the drivers knowingly towed the car. This wasn’t safe for the animals. We ran 1 mile to the shop. Animal control was there and we explained the situation and they explained cars should NEVER be TOWED with LIVE beings in the vehicle. We asked where the dogs were and animal control said they could not get to them as they were still in the Vehicle that was locked in the fence. When the drivers show up we were very upset as our animals were locked in their fence and have been in the car for much longer then expected. Animal control did tell them to take the dogs out of the car at this point, But they didn’t.. (Not big deal because it was chilly out side but they still wouldn’t give us access to them.) I asked if they knew the dogs were in the car when it was towed the said yes. I WAS LIVID. I asked why they would do that and He told me “The dogs are fine”. They would not give us access to the animals and were UNPLEASANT TO SAY THE LEAST. And I will say is there was a putrid smell coming from down wind where i was standing down wind of the drivers. We told them to give us our dogs while we were filling out paper work and they refused AGAIN and then threatened to keep our dogs from us for another hour if we “didn’t calm down”. Not good experience at all.”
“Woke up to my truck being towed out of my own apartment complex. Called them twice because the awful woman who answers the phone straight up hung up on me after i asked if they had my truck. Then the next time I called she told me they did have it and i needed to pick it up in the next hour or they were gonna raise the price. I'm convinced they stole my credit card information too because later that day i began getting fraudulent charges after having to pay to get my truck back. These are some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with and they deserve to go out of business”
“Horrible service. Someone is blocking the handicap spot and they won’t send anyone out. The moronic woman who works the night shift says “I’ll get a wrecker out,” and no one comes. She relays nothing to the morning staff. Then you call back in the morning and Jessica pretends like no one told her anything from the night before. Then she says she can’t send a wrecker out for someone who is parked illegally in a handicap spot while they are not handicap. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
“Not one to typically write reviews, but this place illegally towed my car from my apartment complex. I had a parking sticker and they said that they “tow at their own pleasure” haven’t offered me any compensation for my time and wages for missing work. Owner is a fool, released my car for free and said that was the compensation even though it shouldn’t have been taken in the first place. Idiots of San Marcos, do not use this service.”
