Milligan Heating, A/C & Electrical LLC

Milligan Heating, A/C & Electrical LLC works out of Lake City, Texas, handling HVAC needs for houses across the area. The outfit specializes in keeping cooling and heating systems in good shape through the long hot stretches and occasional cold fronts that hit this part of the state. Their focus stays on central air units, furnace repairs, and the electrical work that ties into those systems, helping homeowners deal with equipment that takes a beating from dust, humidity, and heavy summer use. Local houses often need updates to older setups that struggle against Texas heat, and this crew steps in for both quick fixes and bigger replacements.

They handle air conditioner repairs when compressors fail or coils start leaking during peak summer months, along with furnace tune-ups when winter arrives and heat pumps that quit circulating air properly. In Lake City, common calls involve thermostats that lose accuracy, electrical shorts in outdoor units, and clogged filters that cut efficiency in homes built decades ago. The crew brings diagnostic tools to find the root cause on the first visit rather than guessing, then swaps parts or recharges systems to get things back online fast. Regular maintenance visits help prevent breakdowns that spike when humidity climbs and dust builds up inside ducts, something every homeowner here learns to watch for after a couple of seasons.

Homeowners note that jobs finish on time without surprise costs, and the fixes hold through the next heat wave or cold spell. Communication stays direct with clear explanations of what broke and why it failed, while quality work shows in fewer callbacks after the truck leaves. Speed counts when temperatures climb past ninety and indoor air turns unbearable, and this crew meets that mark along with fair rates for the results. DIRT Score 4.62 from 191 reviews on Finds.

“The guys were able to get here first thing in the morning and identify the issue quickly. The online booking process was super easy and gave me peace of mind knowing when the company would be able to get to my house. I made the booking at like 9pm and I got a text first thing in the morning saying they were on their way. A lot of times you call companies and it's days before they can get to you. So this was a blessing they were able to get out so fast and communicate effectively.”

“Looking forward to my next AC issue after my conversations with these good hearted friendly folk. From my first call with sweet Ms. Donna, to the servicing of my AC unit with Mr. Justin my issues were handled with care and consideration. They went above and beyond to provide me with a solution quickly and took every opportunity to protect my unit from future issues. You can tell they really care about providing value to their customers. They saved me half the money I was originally quoted for through warranty tracking on parts and charging for job specific materials. I could not be more satisfied with this truly professional service and will be using them for any issues moving forward.”
