Semper Air

Semper Air is a Marine veteran owned company that handles HVAC work in Lake Havasu City. They run their operations with a focus on repairs and emergency calls at any hour. The business provides discounts for military members and veterans while also making financing available to help with larger jobs. This setup comes from their background in service and translates to straightforward dealings with local homeowners who need their cooling systems running properly in the desert environment. The company stays ready for the demands of the area where temperatures climb high and systems get pushed hard during peak seasons.

In Lake Havasu City the extreme summer heat means air conditioning units work overtime and often need quick fixes when they break down from constant use or dust buildup. HVAC technicians here commonly deal with compressor issues, refrigerant leaks, and thermostat problems that leave homes uncomfortable fast. Semper Air sends crews out for these repairs along with full system checks and installations when older units fail after years of battling the dry climate and occasional monsoon dust. Homeowners count on them for 24 hour response because a failed AC in the middle of a heat wave creates real problems that can't wait. They handle everything from basic maintenance to major overhauls keeping the focus on getting things back online without extra steps.

The high rating reflects steady performance across jobs in the area. Homeowners note that the crews show up when promised and complete the HVAC repairs right the first time without pushing unnecessary add ons. Communication stays clear from the initial call through the finish and pricing comes in as expected for the work done. This combination builds trust over many calls in tough conditions where other outfits might drag their feet or overcharge. DIRT Score 4.95 from 307 reviews on Finds.

“We recently had two new 3.5-ton heat pump systems installed by Semper Air, and they did a great job from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive and noticeably lower than other companies we looked at. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. You could tell they care about doing quality work and paid attention to the details during the installation. The new systems are cooling our house extremely well, and we can already tell they are running much more efficiently than our old units. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable and fairly priced HVAC company in Lake Havasu.”

“Semper Air in Lake Havasu helped me out when my short-term rental suffered an emergency air condenser failure in 110 degrees weather. His team responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, gave me repair and replacement options to consider, and was more competitive on pricing than the other two quotes I received. Once the purchase order was signed, Semper Air ordered the new air condenser unit and had it installed within a couple of days. I'm extremely satisfied with Semper Air LLC's work and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs/replacement in the area.”

“Kyle did an excellent job at installing a WIFI thermostat and checking over our air conditioner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We will definitely call him when we need to replace our unit.”

“Lauren, Kyle, David and James were absolutely great. From the first phone call to the finish project. This company is clearly the best I've encountered in the area. Fair price for two mini splits that were installed in less than 8 hours. I couldn't be more satisfied with a job well done. Yes, I definitely recommend Semper Air and appreciate their service.”

“Brayden Butler and Adam Osgood did an outstanding job for us when installing our two mini splits. Both were very professional, and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and explained how to operate them once installed. During the entire installation they kept everything very neat and clean. They completed everything we asked of them. I would highly recommend SemperAir to everyone. Especially Brayden and Adam. Thank you for your services.”

“Our AC started pumping out hot air around 7PM, and we called Semper Air at around 8PM. The woman who answered the phone (I believe her name is Lauren) was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Kyle was here before 9PM and had the AC repaired within the hour. We've definitely neglected our AC units over the years, but look forward to Semper Air coming out to maintain them from now on.”

“Best QUALITY A/C company in town! Kyle and Adam are top notch! Very professional and do quality work. They don’t put a bandaid on it and then try and up sale you…use them, you won’t regret it!!”

“Absolutely the best! If you’re looking for an AC company stop looking and just call Lauren and Kyle, no need to keep searching. Honesty, integrity, fairness, and just really good people. Semper Air installed a splitter in my garage in 2022, has done maintenance, servicing, repairs, a new house unit with all new ducting, and replaced thermostats for us. I would not call anybody else. Just had an issue, Kyle, Darin, and James got us squared back away, up and running, as fast as could possibly happen! They truly care, and it is obvious! Thank you Kyle and Lauren and your team,,,, the way you do business should be a model for others. I think I saw 200+ 5star ratings, that is not by chance!”

“I had Adam come out to service my two rooftop AC units. He was professional and thorough. I used Semper Air because of Darin, who I trust and respect his opinion. After having my units serviced, I know I made the right choice! From Loren, who runs the front office to the service I received, I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Kyle was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He came and did our yearly inspection and let me tell you he was very thorough with his inspection. The most in-depth inspection we have ever received here in lake havasu.”
