“Levi was ok for what Thompson Family Plumbing apparently sent him out to do which was not the 3/4" PVC pipe repair for my mobile home as I expected. He spent about 3/4" of an hour testing my water quality, trying to replace my hot water heater anode, but stripped the hex head and could not remove it afterall, selling me on a Family plan for Plumbing repairs. Charged me over $300 just to go under my mobile home to tell me what was wrong. I hesitantly said ok, because I was there only one day and needed it fixed. I already knew it had a leak. Then he told me he is just a technician and someone else will have to be scheduled to actually fix it. He said it would be over $1,100 to repair. I hesitantly setup the appointment knowing that if I couldn't get someone else to repair it I would ”
