“Today’s service was the type of service we had always expected, but was lacking in the past. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He talked about our system and explained the checkup protocols that were needed. Not to downgrade the service we received today, but I must tell whomever reads this review they must understand this is a stark change from the technicians of the past whom I believe sabotaged our new system and then repaired it for many thousands of dollars. Being new to this area we were taken and will always be on guard”

He was very knowledgeable and very thorough, but due to the age of our unit we needed a new one. We were kind of expecting that news. He got us a great deal on a new furnace, and we decided to add A/C at the same time to save significant money over waiting and doing the A/C later, which we had been pondering for a couple years. The installers, Mike and Eric, expertly installed our new furnace and A/C systems, and thoroughly explained everything. Everything was tested, and the heating and now cooling works great! “First off, this company had a human answer the phone not AI!! Of course I had an emergency AC breakdown on a weekend. They said they were unable to come until midweek but I received a phone call 1/2 hour later saying they would get me in the next day on Sunday. The tech arrived early and gave plenty of advanced notice. He kept me updated throughout the service call with the diagnosis and repair time. He was professional and friendly .
