“Great company!!! They are busy, we all are but they made me feel like a priority. They texted me when I called immediately to let me know they were with a customer and would call right back and called be back within 5 mins. Even with the weather event they were able to fix my system and get me back up and running!! Parker was so patient and amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me! He also was willing to troubleshoot before just saying things needed to be replaced or the whole system needed to be replaced. They did exactly what was needed and got me fixed right away!! “There have to be less expensive options out there.. scheduled this for some help taking down a mini split unit so that we didn't accidentally leak refrigerant by doing it ourselves. Thought the price point was communicated as ~$350, but then another $350 was added for taking the refrigerant out? Wouldn't that be expected? Anyway, a little frustrated that the total came out to $778 for about an hour of work on a seemingly pretty straightforward job. The 3 stars are for Brian on the scheduling side. He's great, would have been a fully ripped off experience without him.”
