“This is my second time using Ken's. From first contact to job completion my experience was excellent. Professional, courteous, responsive and timely. I had a complete A/C failure Friday at around 11am. They had a tech out in less than 2 hours (I am 45 minutes outside of Marble Falls). The unit had reached its end of life so I needed a full replacement. They completed the install rapidly!
