“This is the second time I’ve used Lakeway AC. They’re a great company to work with starting with the lady that schedules and communicates specifics. Dalton, the Service tech was excellent. He’s been here before and is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Nice guy! This company is super easy to work with and I don’t feel like I was overcharged. I will use them again if necessary.”

“Called Ray for a second opinion after another company (ARS who we booked through Home Depot) tried to convince us our 8-year-old system had “growth” and needed UV lights, had clogged pipes, and one foot in the grave so probably should just buy a new unit outright. Ray showed up, actually looked at the unit, and found… none of that. Sealed plenums, good pressures, zero growth, system running fine. Turns out the “mold” was fiction and the hole in our plenum was courtesy of the last guys, who apparently cut it open and never bothered to seal it properly. Only real issue was a capacitor, which Ray quoted at half the price ARS wanted and showed me how easy it was to replace myself. Ray was honest, thorough, and clearly knows his craft. It’s rare to find a technician who tells you the truth instead of the story that makes them the most money. Honest, fast, no scare tactics.
