Lakeway Duct Chimney & Dryer Cleaning Pros

Lakeway Duct Chimney & Dryer Cleaning Pros handles HVAC work from their base at 108 Evolutions Path in Lakeway, Texas. The company cleans air ducts, sweeps chimneys with creosote removal and damper repairs, and clears dryer vents to reduce fire risks. They cover Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, and West Lake Hills, with operations running from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day of the week.

Homeowners contact them over musty smells that appear when the AC runs or over poor airflow that leaves rooms feeling stale. Crews locate condensate drain problems or moisture in attic lines, clear heavy dust and debris from vents and registers, and use camera checks to confirm buildup before removal. In several cases the work also addressed blocked dryer vents so machines finished loads faster, or handled combined duct, chimney, and vent packages that left homes with steadier air movement and fewer odors.

Crews show up inside the scheduled window, cover floors and furniture before starting, and give straightforward price details on the initial call without vague numbers. One job came the day after the request, while others finished with live footage of the results and simple summaries for the owner. Service reaches the four listed towns, and the office handles bookings across those hours.

The company carries a 4.9 rating across 129 reviews. Common points include noticeable drops in dust and allergens, consistent airflow after cleaning, careful handling of homes, and quick fixes for humidity or smell issues that had lingered for months.
