Can't give 2.5 stars so will subtract a little since I'm disappointed. Had installed a mini-split system up to the point where I needed the line set connected. The good, friendly and fast nice people and were out the next day and did the work and system is up and running. The bad watch your bill, was quoted $80 an hour and a few materials was billed $300, $180 and $110 + tax. Not itemized beyond that. They were on my property 1.5 hrs and only materials I could see were some zip ties. So I asked for more clarification. If you round up hours it's only 160 not 180 and for actual time should have been 120. They did correct the bill and said something about they thought they would have to add refrigerant. Reduced it $86. Check your time and materials. They did charge like $26 to vacuum the system as a material. Don't know if that's industry standard but to me equipment use is under the hourly charge. Not how I would do business so will find someone else for my future maintenance and repair.

Called in this morning 4/11/24 spoke with Will about get a bid in to install new AC system in our house. He said he would be there at 12:30. At 12:27 he called saying he's had a bad day and was not going to be able to make it. Also he was to busy the rest of the week and nextweek to make it out to give a quote on a new AC system. But the following week he could if we were still needing it. Needless to say we have found someone else to install the new system. Just crazy they don't follow through with the appointment he set-up.

These are the most friendly and honest group of people I have had the pleasure of working with since I moved to Paris 5 months ago and started renovating and old historic house. They gave me a very fair price (I got three quotes) and even brought the price down a bit when the repair job did not require as much time as originally budgeted. When I first had my AC problems they came out on a Sunday to get it back running again and worked on it a second day to finish the remainder of the work. Honesty and integrity has been difficult to find when dealing with a house remodel. I will be recommending them for all of my future architecture projects.

I usually don't do reviews but I'm starting now. I bought a trane heat pump in June 2014. We had one that had a small leak. We had to have it filled once a year. I had moved my laundry room to the storage room and was planning to convert half the garage so we needed a bigger one anyway. The 2 stars are because they were fast and friendly. We never discussed what was to happen to my old equipment. He told me the one I was buying was big enough to also heat and cool the new area and the one I was adding later. When I paid them I was over charged $100. (Which they sent back to me about a year later). When I didn't see my old heat pump and other things in the garage or outside I called, knowing they had not had time to get back to Paris yet at that time. I was told they had to take it because of government disposal requirements etc. Remember we were replacing it because it Didn't have gas in it. We had a lot going on in our lives and I didn't have the time to deal with anymore. After the excuses about taking my other I knew there was not much point in calling when the new one Never heated or cooled the new area at all but I intended to. However after time passed... decided to let it go. Along with the fact that the price we paid was including a new pad. Another thing I noticed we didn't get. I didn't know it was a big deal at the time. A few weeks ago I noticed the heat pump making a different sound I got the book out and read the whole thing. The new bigger pad that was included in price but not here is, according to the owner's manual, is a big deal. I should have made them come back even with all that we had going on. I know it's too late now but I want too make sure everyone knows that no matter how fast and friendly the service is, you have to watch out, try out, and call out right away. Fast and friendly does not mean quality and honesty.

Have used them a couple times on different properties. They always come out quickly and fix the problem without trying to upcharge me for anything I don’t need. Will continue to use them.
