“Dr Taylor's treatments and consults have always been clear and easy to understand. He always answered my questions and treated my concerns as valid.”

“Dr. Taylor has been a wonderful doctor for me for over 8 years. He is thoughtful, kind, and answers any questions I have thoroughly. He has always done what is needed, but I have never felt he’s wasted time or my money ordering tests that aren’t truly necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”

“I have been sick for several years and was really hoping that I could get at least some help with my joint issues with a rheumatologist but Dr. Taylor said that I have "too many cooks in the kitchen" and he refused to help in any way. He is very dismissive and would not look any further because I was "on too many medications" (4). I was also charged $300 for him to tell me that. I will tell anyone I know that if they need a rheumatologist that he is not the one to see. I even did a formal appeal through the Shannon system to see if I could get some money back for the lack of help received but Dr. Taylor prevented it.”

“Dr Jason Taylor rheumatologist. I have seen him 4 times in 10 years mostly because he doesn’t make new appointments with you. He totally ignores you. He told me on the first busit that I was already on the correct regime for fibromyalgia. And told me not to come back. Then the last visit I had to quit taking one of the nsaid pain meds because it was hurting my kidney function and went to him for another pain med. he said his oath said to first do no harm and he wouldn’t even suggest any other med. he told me to buy over the counter thermacare. They didn’t work. He says I don’t have rheumatoid arthritis even tho he saw my red and hot joints. He totally ignored me. He just doesn’t seem to want to help me at all and doesn’t have time to listen to me. I’ll never go back to him. I don’t understand why his reviews are 4.8 when I see so many 1’s on his reviews. I can’t imagine why Shannon keeps him on staff if he’s not helping people. He has no compassion.”
