“Long review but it’s been a long journey! We are so grateful for Scott! Truly a knowledgeable and honest repairman. Our AC unit started not cooling properly over 10 days ago. First tech we called from a different company misdiagnosed and tried to get us to replace the coils and charge $2500. Thankfully we didn’t use that guy. Then we tried a contractor through our home warranty. A whole week of issues being misdiagnosed, multiple techs not fixing the issue, and wasting our money we gave up on that. Fortunately Scott just fixed our neighbors AC yesterday and our neighbor sent us Scott’s info. I called late in the evening and Scott answered right away. He had me text him some info and scheduled to come out the next morning. He communicated a time range and arrived within that time range. He immediately went to work and identified a broken pipe in attic area within 20 minutes. He had all the necessary parts to fix the issue and recharge the refrigerant with him. He didn’t demand I pay the repair cost before he fixed the issue. He just found it and went to work getting it fixed. He showed me pictures of the broken pipe and stated it was very disappointing the other techs didn’t readily find such an obvious issue. He explained what to look for when various issues might arise and explained exactly what he did to fix the current problem. Scott is stern and all business, a man of few words. But he is efficient, honest, and gets the job done. Our home very quickly started to cool off after he made the repair. It is now holding temp nicely. His fees are very fair. So very grateful my neighbor told me to call Scott! 10 days without AC in the AZ summer is a nightmare. Thank you again Scott, I just wish I had known about you sooner!”

“Our AC went out about a week ago and we contacted Scott’s AC and Heating LLC really early in the morning as we were needing someone to come out that same day. He reached back out to us almost immediately and came out that very same day even though he was really busy already. He was able to get the parts needed the next day and install a new condenser the following day. He did a wonderful install and we came home to our house cool and ac working beautifully. We are very happy with how attentive he was and very honest. He quoted us a very reasonable price and was communicative. We thank you Scott!!”

“I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies over the years, I also work for a company that subcontracts them, and this one takes #1. I called at 5AM, got a call back at 530AM, and a tech was here by 730AM. 3 dogs in the home, work at 10AM, was going to be 110 degrees today, and they came through and saved the day. Very fair pricing, professional service, would highly recommend.”

He even came back out late in the day, after 9pm, to finalize the repair so my family could sleep in a cool house.
