“In going through a renovation, there are going to be problems, unforeseen circumstances, homeowners making changes, delays, added cost. We felt confidence even when problems came up that Daniela and the team understood our priorities, which were not easy ones to balance. They made us feel like they cared about our goals (beauty, efficiency, value, quality, and staying in budget) as much as we did. Our friend who is an architect would come by from time to time and noticed that they were using trusted, durable materials for things that we would never have thought to ask for or even seen. We could also see how hard everyone was working, and we saw that they hold themselves to very high standards, which really put us at ease. They have efficient systems in place to manage chaos. We saw Daniela handle problems on site in a way that was practical, kept us on track, and did not cut corners. In the end, we got a home that’s durable, and also really classically beautiful and true to the original space. We are so grateful!!!”
