“Nathaniel with Airheads HVAC just fixed my system today. He was on time, communicated clearly, and very professional. Fair pricing too. He took the time to educate me on my system, common failures, and things I can do to prevent failures. He was awesome, I wouldn’t hesitate to have him out again or take care of my mom’s system. “Kevin was a life saver in this Texas heat. He was early, very detailed, and professional. He wasn't dry either, and that made the process even better. Not only did he arrive early, but he repaired my outdated system in a timely fashion. He also helped get the warranty company to do what we pay them for, and gave us tips for preventative maintenance. “I'm a female in my seventies with lung problems and my AC motor went out and I called AirHeads and they were here within an hour. Donald was the serviceman's name and he's just as polite and nicest can be he changed out the motor he cleaned up a bunch of mold and put in a UV light and I signed up for their Platinum care plan so they'll come back twice a year to service my unit and in between if something happens. I'm 100% pleased with Donald, kudos to Donald, please with the company because I wanted to make sure I had a copy of the receipt before Donald left and I got that so all is well again thank you Airheads.”

That service call with Kevin was completely incredible. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He runs a service call the exact same way I ran them and taught my own technicians.
