“Dr Stevens was great to work with. But the AI office system makes it impossible to speak to a human when you call. The online systems arent great either. The surgery center called 10 times in a week and they all asked the same questions including allergies. I was not comfortable moving forward with treatments. It is a shame because I think this doctor was amazing. I just dont want to work with an AI office system.”
