“Juan and his crew did everything they could to keep my old system running. Repairing it properly did not make financial sense. They installed a new more energy efficient system. They were quick with the install and were very professional. Blue Dot HVAC had several financing offers which made it even easier for to make this decision. “Our downstairs air conditioning unit stopped working on a Friday evening, so we called Blue Dot Air Conditioning and left a message. Within an hour, they contacted us and scheduled a technician for the next morning. Brent arrived within the promised time window, was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the issues with our unit. We approved the repairs, and he completed the work thoroughly in about two hours. The price was fair, and we are very pleased with the service. We highly recommend Blue Dot Air Conditioning. “Unbelievably great service- I called at 6pm when my AC went out- they sent Basilio "Bas" Martinez within the hour. Super honest and great guy! He informed me that I used the wrong filter and it was causing the motor to struggle too much. He also looked at my other unit that was acting up because he had time. Well hot dog! He got that thing running like a kitty within an hour! Told me that I shouldn’t have any issues with it anymore”

“We were having AC problems maintaining low air conditioning temperatures. We suspected a problem with our condensation vent pump. Blue Dot showed up the next day after my call and confirmed our pump had failed. They installed a new pump and could have just left the repair job there. However, the Blue Dot repair tech was not satisfied with some of his test results and he and a few other techs all worked to pursue why the performance was not as expected. I worked with the technicians to monitor our AC system overnight. As it turned out, there was a kink in the transition section of the vent pipe from copper to PVC. One of the dedicated techs had to crawl halfway across my house attic to find the real cause of the problem. They even worked on Saturday to resolve the issue and restore our AC to perfect operation. Thank you Blue Dot for your excellent work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this HVAC company!!”
