“Our downstairs AC unit needed to be replaced and I called EZ Air because of the exceptional service they have provided in servicing our previous 2 units before replacing the upstairs system last year. All aspects of the experience were positive. I called them during the weekend and spoke to the owner, Mr. Sammy Usman who immediately came over to inspect the system and explain why it continued to cycle without reaching desired temperature. He indicated his service team could be at our home Monday morning (yesterday) and they showed up promptly at 7am with a professional crew that took care of replacing our system and removing debris and trash from our property.
