“Dave or David whatever his name is...a super rude man. As soon as I answered the phone he goes "what are we doing about this invoice" no hi no update no anything. I proceeded to ask him what was the issue with a/c he doesn't tell me and goes we charge a service fee which he did not state on the initial call. I told him that wasn't mentioned, he argued with me then hangs up. Unprofessional entitled man, do not use this company!”
