“My very first experience wasn’t great. They were rude and well RUDE! Second trip was so much better. Have your reefer on at 33 when checking in, or they will have you wait on the street for 10 mins. Make sure you have two load locks. They wash your trailer out if dirty. Idk how much though CR England takes care of it for us. I was a drop and hook so it was in and out for me.”

If there’s big line down the road with trucks flashing 4 ways signals, that’s for you to get into the building. It took me 1 hour in line to check in and then she told me to park outside all of the wait just to be parked outside and told they will call you.”

“Running back and forth , check-in means nothing. Filling up paper at the guard shack but get call from officer when guard takes your info to the office. Mess inside, say cabs run without watching, bobtails parked where they want. Organizational mess. From time to check-in to completed load 7hours. Checked-in at 5pm, out of the gate at 12:07am of next day. Ridiculously stressful and you can’t normally rest.”
