“I had an A/C motor replaced only to stop working less than an hour later and when I called to explain Mrs. Zamora’s response was not in the customer’s best interest. Mrs. Zamora said they could TRY to schedule a return visit for the following day even if the work wasn’t done correctly (presumably). In other words, they work on a strict schedule whether the work is done right or not. They must have plenty of business to not care about customer service. I’d like to add that Mrs. Zamora kept talking over me and would not even try to listen to what I had to say and she kept interrupting me to basically say they would reschedule at their convenience with a “take it it leave it” attitude. NOT RECOMMEND!”
