“Their transparent pricing was an enormous weight off my shoulders. Absolutely no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises on the bill. Just honest, good work and crystal-clear communication every step of the way. It's so reassuring.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. This company has made me spend about 1k in service fees for “repairing” my ac unit . They have been to my home address 4 times and charged me because “they’re separate issues” They charged me for service to repair my ac unit coil and now my unit doesn’t work again . This time is a “completely separate issue” according to the representative. They want to charge me again to just come and run a diagnostic when they came to my house already 4 times and the until is still not working correctly! They did not even let me speak before they wanted to shut me up as to why they NEEDED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $85 dollars. Horrible customer service. I almost lost my patience with the representative because he would not let me explain my point of frustration and a paying customer. Overall, they’re not empathetic with customers, and only want you to pay for any little thing they do to your unit, Please save your money and go somewhere else. I spoke to a rep named Bryan and the rep who replaced my coil was A. Pichardo. Neither could help or empathize with the situation or help me with my ongoing issue.”

“This company was late on 3 different occasions. Not just any type of late, I’m talking 6 plus hours. After the service technician first came to evaluate my ac unit which was only not cooling the house as good as it should by a few degrees, the issue magically became 10x worse after they left. When they finally came to change a part in the ac, the service technician tried to lie about the price to charge me more. Once I got the company on the phone, he then back peddled. Didn’t put any of my property back where it belonged. Left a mess and dirty marks all over the ceiling. Had to ask them to clean up after themselves (which they didn’t do). When I asked them to clean, he literally said that’s the best he can do and that they don’t clean up since they don’t have supplies. Everything seemed extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Will never be using this company again.”

Being from Virginia, the AC was something I didn’t really deal with often, but since I’ve lived in Laredo, they have made my life nothing but easy. E & E is a company that I fully recommend to anyone that needs immediate and reliable repairs.”

“Called for them to check my heater and that also I had one room that had way too much air coming out of the vent. Gave me excuses as to why they couldn’t come to my house from, “we didn’t install it” ( telling them that it’s not a warranty issue), that they only to the air distribution during the warmer months . Terrible customer service. They’re from Laredo… what else is expected. Either they show up late, don’t show up or don’t want to go…”
