“What a wonderful experience! I was in Laredo visiting friends, I'm from the Houston metro area. The daughter of my friend made me an appointment for a haircut and style; I was very shaggy. I'm very particular about my hair, I do NOT like to fuss with it, just wash and blow dry. I texted my old hair stylist who had moved to Washington state and he texted back the style he had given me for almost 30 years. I was so lucky to have Fernanda as my stylist; she read the text and knew exactly what to do. She asked me a few hair related questions and we were off. She is so professional but still so warm and friendly. I felt like she had been styling my hair for years. The end result is perfect, I've had so many compliments on my hair and it was so easy for me to make it look good. I will definitely make an appointment next time I'm in town.”
