“Not sure how to start..I signed up with this company for new ac installation, it took almost 8 hours to put the new ac and they told me they will put my old air filter and grate after installation and promised to finish everything in a day. After 8 hours, they said the heater part of the ac is not matching and they have to order the item and book again. I said okay. They were awesome. They were kind, friendly, and punctual. Goettl's office staff is excellent, keeps you up to date, is professional and does what they promise. “I want to start by saying Ford and the installers team were good, the hvac side is a whole other problem. What started as a estimate was smooth and comfortable, it turned when a lot of miscommunication started by trying to get a better price comp. Explained warranties were inncorect for the unit provided, they were only for their high tiers, not the one we picked and were told would have those warranties. Next they were going to put 3.5 ton when it should be a 5 ton, especially if we have a 5 ton. I was planning to go with another company.
