“Our A/C system quit cooling on a very hot afternoon. A call to Triad and Brian was at the front door in less than two hours. He restarted the A/C and got it cooling. I asked for an evaluation of the 14.5-year-old HVAC system. Brain gave me several options. I chose to replace the system. The Triad crew changed out the system at the first open appointment. They were friendly and got right to work and did a very nice job. I plan on using Triad to maintain the system. I recommend this company.”

“I would post pictures of I could. The young man who came out left electrical wires hanging everywhere on the outside unit. He left electrical tape all around the outside unit on the ground. He complained the issue was the wiring however he possibly made it worse. I asked him to check the air filter he did not. I wasn't pleased with the service I received today.”

“I made a huge mistake when I chose Triad Mechanical to diagnose and repair my furnace. Paul, their lead technician, came to my house on Tuesday afternoon and after a quick look he told me the gas valve was not installed properly. I agreed to a diagnostic fee of $39.00 plus $385.00 to re-install the gas vale - total $424.00, they said the work is guaranteed for 30 days. The furnace stopped working early Saturday morning, that's 3 & haft days after the repair. I called their office, of course no one picked up; they returned my call on Monday and rescheduled for Paul to come out and check the system on Tuesday. Paul came out, same at before, took a quick look and told me this time that the pressure switch stopped working. I asked how come this issue was not discovered at the first vi”

“No findings, no solution, no explanation… collected the fee… the issue is still there. I had Triad Mechanical Company for our HVAC issue that the outdoor unit is not running. I told Paul, the assigned technician, that we had tried resetting the power to the outdoor unit but that only brought the unit back on running for a few days before it stopped running again. I asked Paul’s help diagnose the issue for the root cause. However, when I came to the property just a few minutes later than Paul, he told me that he had done his work already, well, by simply resetting the power to the unit! (although I told him that we already tried that but it didn’t work!)… He didn’t have the patience to explain to me what diagnosis he had done (within that a few minutes) and he didn’t even bother to come of”
