“These guys are amazing! They came out the same day we called them. The prior company inspector the heater and told us it needed a new mother board "if they could find one" at a cost of $1600. If they couldn't, it was a new system at $5000+. Alex's checked it and found it was a capacitor, which they repaired for $200. These guys are focused on fixing your unit and not upselling you a brand new unit. We will definitely be using Alex's for any of our heating and air conditioning needs going forward.”
