I dropped it off unannounced at 9:30 in the morning, and by 4:00 p.m. it was complete I did purchase all brand new parts for him to install and he did an excellent job. I have other vehicles that will be taken to him. If you show up bring some treats to feed his dogs in the yard they just love everybody and they love their treats. I recommend Mel's to everybody. He did a better job, and a faster service than my local Ford dealer.”
