“We called on Sunday and Samer came out within an hour or so, diagnosed and fixed our problem! He was very friendly and showed us exactly what was wrong, and why. The new part he had on hand fixed the problem, but he had a better, more reliable one in the shop so he got us going and came back the next day and swapped the part.
