“Update: 01/12/24 - Sean was an outstanding tech! The fresh air make-up dampener replaced and the smart thermostat being reprogrammed due to other parts replacement. O&M all part of keeping the system tuned! Update: 04/05/23 - Trey was our Technician today; very courteous, friendly and professional! We discussed my concerns, and reviewed what he’ll be doing this visit. He performed a comprehensive systems check on the system and adjusted the placement of the Air Scrubber that kicked off due the activation of the safety switch. The Compressor, Condenser and Air Handler were thoroughly inspected. Also performed duct-fogging sanitization. Over all, he did an “OUTSTANDING JOB!!!” Thank you Trey!
