“I contacted Temperature Solutions to get information and a quote on installing a split A/C system in our master bedroom. Zach came out and gave us a detailed estimate as well as the information about our options with their company. We decided to go forward with the install and, working with Tyler in the office, Zach and his team came out two days later and installed the unit. They were courteous, efficient and did an amazing, professional job. After the electrical was run by a different company, Zach came back out to the house, checked all of the connections and the performance of the unit and ran us through the controls and cleaning of the system. While it wasn't the "cheapest" option we could have gone with, they were up front with their pricing, did exactly what and when they said they would do and were ultimately professional throughout. Most importantly, the install looks great and performs exactly as they said it would. A small, hometown company, Temperature Solutions is worth the couple of extra $$$ for the peace of mind.”

John was very understanding and helpful in explaining all the options for a new system (I'm very technically challenged) and made the whole process very stress free and no pressure. John and his team worked very hard in my "cramped" attic to rip out old ductwork and replace with all new as well as replacing my unit. He was upfront telling me the job would be about 3 days due to the complexity of the job. “I just want to give ya'll a bit of info in case you're looking for an AC company. I have an intermittent rattle in the fan of my attic unit. I found a local company with hundreds of 5 star reviews, so I went with them (name witheld). Their initial assessment was that my blower was out of balance. They ordered the part, but never called me to schedule the install. I kept having to call them! They finally came out this morning. The guy removed the housing and took it outside to work on it. An hour later, I'm like, "what is he doing???" There were now two trucks outside. The manager had arrived because the initial guy couldn't remove the motor off of the rod it was set on. Their new assessment was that the rod was slightly bent which caused them to be unable to remove the motor and caused the wobble that created the intermittent rattle. They kept referring to severe corrosion probably due to non-service of the AC unit. My AC is two years old. Corrosion? The answer? Replace the entire housing. My handyman was really upset because he thought they were scamming me. Luckily, my realtor knows and uses Temperature Solutions. I called them and they were here same day. I didn't mention the other company, but let the guy do his own assessment. Which was? There was nothing wrong with my unit. "The corrosion?" "I didn't see any. Your system is only two years old." He said there was an old overflow pan laying on top of the unit that might have caused the rattle, but the unit is cooling well, and everything looks in good working order.
