“Last night, my wife and I got home around 8:30 and noticed that our house was hot, I figured out the unit was working just not blowing cold air. I called around to different companies to see if they could send any techs out that night and no one had any availability. Vanderford Air told me I’d been put on the schedule and a couple of hours later, one of their techs, Jesus Romo, texted me asking if I was still awake and asked if he could still come. He came at midnight told me it was my capacitor that was bad, gave me 2 different options and gave me his opinion on what I should do. All in all I will DEFINITELY recommend Vanderford Air and Jesus Romo to anyone I know. Jesus was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very quick, and efficient. He was in and out within an hour and my A/C was blowing cold air. The fact that Vanderford Air was able to come out so late should speak to their company as a whole. If anyone from Vanderford Air sees this, thank you for being a great local company and having great employees working for you.”

“Will was amazing, took his time, explained everything to us, and represents his company well!- Coming back to add and change review from 5 stars to 2 as a follow up 3 weeks later. Paid more than what I would want for an entire HVAC system however Will was great and sometimes you pay more for great service. Vanderford was great during the installation, stepped through the ceiling causing a crack but accidents happen and they contacted the contractor to fix our issue so no biggie. The contractor has been awful. The first time they rescheduled was fine no biggie, but about 5 more scheduling mishaps have happened (won’t get into too much detail on that to keep the post short and relevant)… a mess was left… I called Vanderford Friday 5/22 with a complaint since no follow up has occurred for their damage to my house other than us calling them, only to be told they can call me after Memorial Day. Mind you it is still a business day today, it was their accident we are having to fix, and the contractor they hired was cutting into our schedule with their delays today and the past couple of weeks. However it’s too big of a deal to call me back same day now that Vanderford received my $20,000. So while I would’ve recommended this company initially.. not so much anymore. I recommend comparing with other companies and reading reviews prior to giving your money to this company. Not the worst service to be fair but certainly not worth the price you are paying if an accident occurs they are responsible for.”

“What can I say…My AC capacitor went out at 7pm. The service technician came out (Mr Perry Threadgill), Master Technician, came out. What an absolute professional! His knowledge, can do attitude, and helpful demeanor are second to none. If you have any AC service needs call Vanderford and ask for Perry!!!”

“Once again, Vanderford provided amazing customer service. Our a/c went out last Sunday and within a few minutes we received a call from Jesus Romo who told us he would arrive within the hour. He was able to restore our a/c that evening. Matt and Alan a few days later installed a new fan blower and a return cut-in with plenum and duct to match the size of our compressor. Everyone was so competent and nice. We found Vanderford a few years ago when the a/c company that we were using started trying to upsell us on everything. We are so happy that we found this company.”
