Wray's Air Conditioning & Mechanical

Wray's Air Conditioning & Mechanical runs as a local family outfit based in League City, Texas, where they handle HVAC work for homes across the area. They stick to air conditioner and furnace repair and service, taking on the constant heat and humidity that pushes systems hard in this part of Texas. Homeowners call them when units fail or need steady upkeep, and the crew handles the practical side of keeping air moving without extra layers of hassle. The business keeps a direct approach that fits how people around League City deal with equipment breakdowns year after year.

They take on specific jobs like clearing clogged A/C drains that spill water onto floors, full checks when cooling stops on a Sunday morning, and regular maintenance plans that catch issues early. Collin often stays through an entire repair or replacement to explain choices and watch the work, while Thomas looks after both the house and the unit during visits. Mary handles office calls to line up same-day help when needed, and crews show up fast after early morning requests to fix sudden failures without adding weekend charges. These steps cover the common breakdowns that hit local homes when drains block or compressors quit under the load.

Customers keep coming back because the crew moves quick on repairs, explains fixes clearly, and avoids extra fees even on off hours. The personal way they discuss options and the care shown around the property stand out across reviews, along with solid follow-through from the office and field techs. That pattern of reliable speed, clean work, and fair pricing builds the record over time. DIRT Score 4.53 from 105 reviews on Finds.

“Wray's is a local family run business. I love the personal touch that they offer when discussing the problem with you and presenting options for repair or replacement of my A/C unit. Collin was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Collin supervised the entire job. He was great to work with, accommodating to all of my requests. The crew was able to install the system in one day. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. I can definitely recommend Wray's to anyone who needs a HVAC contractor.”

“Have always had great responses and service from Wrays. Our latest encounter was no different. Had what appeared to be a clogged a/c drain leaking out to the floor. Call Wrays early in the morning, received a callback and were we home, they would have had someone out literally immediately. Had to delay as my wife and I both were at work. They came out that afternoon and remedied the situation quickly and efficiently. Can’t say enough good about this group!”

“I HIGHLY recommend Wrays for your HVAC needs. We participate in their maintenance program and recommend that too. Our AC went on the Fritz Sunday morning and we had a tech at our home by 9am that morning. After a thorough inspection, problem was resolved with no service or weekend charge!”
