Michael, the owner, came to my house and inspected the heat pump I had as well as a mildew/mold problem. Michael was very easy to talk to. He explained what would need to be done to address the mildew/mold problem when the new heat pump was installed. He quoted me a good price and a week later his team came to address the mildew/mold problem and to install the new heat pump. When the team finished, they waited for Michael to come and do an inspection of the work they had done. I am VERY pleased with my new heat pump and the great work done. “COVENANT installed a new AC system at our house a few years ago. They have been doing the maintenance on a regular basis. Whenever a problem has arisen they have handled it quickly and correctly. Earlier this week the system kept shutting down and then coming back online. That’s usually the sign of a clogged drain. We called them in the morning and they showed up in the afternoon, went into the attic and blew out the drain system. Yes, it’s an easy repair, but it requires equipment must homeowners don’t have laying around and I’m too old to be climbing up and down in the attic so it’s very reassuring that they show up on short notice to take care of the problem .”
