“This summer, our AC unit went out right as the heat outside started reaching triple digits. We called a local AC repair company to come out and look our unit over and diagnose what the problem was. The Tech spent a total of 5 minutes inspecting our equipment and announced we needed a complete new system - air handler and condenser unit. It would cost us 12 to 17 thousand to replace it all. In a panic, we placed a call to Mayer Conditioning, and over the phone Mr. Mayer asked us a few basic questions and then suggested he send somebody over to look at it. Within an hour (!) a repair Technician arrived at our door. He quickly inspected the unit and discovered a blown capacitor on the outside air handler. He replaced it, checked our system's refrigerant level and had our house cooling down within the hour! He even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside evaporator coil on the inside unit. When he was finished, the Tech told us our AC unit was fine, and made a few suggestions on how we could maintain it better for an even longer life, such as the type of air filters that would probably serve us the best. The final bill was a small fraction of what the first repair company estimated, and as a result our family was able to go on a long-planned family vacation and then return to a comfortable house. Cory Mayer and his son went above and beyond for my family, and I simply cannot recommend them enough for your air conditioning needs. You will not be disappointed!”
