“I’ve had two air conditioners replaced by Milton and both times he’s given me estimates that beat the competition, on top of it, he’s been very easy to work with. Milton takes a lot of pride in his work, his installs are clean and he doesn’t nickel and dime on parts that should be included in installs. During both installs I asked him a ton of questions and he always responded in his standard friendly manner. I had an issue with one of the ACs and Milton pretty much immediately came out to do the repairs. One of my biggest concerns with expensive installs like air conditioners is the warranty support and I’ve been extremely happy with Milton. This guy is a pro, talented, friendly, and stands by his work.”
