Traeco Air Conditioning & Heating

Traeco Air Conditioning & Heating runs as a local HVAC company out of Lee County, Texas. They handle air conditioning and heating work for homes and buildings throughout the area, dealing with the hot summers and sudden cold fronts that hit this part of the state hard. As a small town crew they focus on keeping systems running steady for residents who need straightforward repairs and replacements rather than waiting on crews from bigger cities. The outfit stays busy with calls from homeowners and groups like churches that count on them when equipment stops working right in the middle of bad weather.

When an air conditioner quits, Traeco gets techs like Cody out fast, often inside an hour of the first call to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. One customer had heat fail on the first cold Friday night of the year and Tommy rolled up less than an hour after the Saturday morning call to restore warmth. They handle full replacements too, taking out two main sanctuary units at Foundation Christian Ministries and putting in new ones that run clean and quiet now. The same crew works on refrigeration jobs and knows the local systems well enough to match or beat what bigger outfits in Austin or Houston can do on price and results.

Homeowners keep coming back because the techs show up quick, explain what broke, and finish the work without dragging things out or charging extra for basic fixes. Reviews point to strong speed on emergency calls, solid quality on both small repairs and big unit swaps, and prices that stay fair for the results delivered every time. Communication stays direct with customers who appreciate the no-nonsense approach in Lee County. DIRT Score 3.18 from 13 reviews on Finds.

“Great local company, called them with an A/C issue and they showed up within the hour! Cody was super nice and knowledgeable!”

“Outstanding Traeco service experience. Our heat went out on the first real cold night of the year, and naturally, on a Friday night. So I expected a delayed response, but I was pleasantly surprised when our serviceman (Tommy) showed up less than an hour after my initial Saturday morning call. Tommy was very polite, made friends with my very precocious 3 yr old grandson, and he very quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. He thoroughly explained what he did and left us extremely satisfied. You’ll be glad you chose Traeco!!!”

“TRAECO A/C is awesome. Foundation Christian Ministries uses them exclusively for our church building. Just recently completed replacing two of our main sanctuary a/c units and they work great. They care about you and getting the job done right. Highly recommend them.”

“Super awesome company! Small town people that know just as much if not more about A/C and refrigeration as the folks in Austin an Houston, taking care of customers is definitely priority #1 the pricing is unbeatable for the quality of the work they do. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone”

“Showed up on time. Fixed the heat pump. Took about 20 minutes. These are MY A/C and heating people. And my electricians, too. Moved a ceiling mount chandelier - no problems. Fixed an outdoor pole-mounted electrical line which was pulled out of my garage wall by the friendly Best Buy driver a few years ago. Good folks.”
