Both men were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. From the moment they arrived, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that I could understand as a homeowner with no HVAC background. What really impressed me was their transparency and willingness to educate me instead of just trying to sell me something. They showed me before-and-after photos and videos of my ductwork, allowed me to go into the attic with them, and walked me through exactly what the issues were firsthand. They also provided multiple options to resolve the problems without pressure. I ended up having a UV light installed, and I intentionally waited before posting this review so I could make sure everything was functioning properly. I’m happy to say the system has been operating great, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received. Before working with Graco, I dealt with four different HVAC companies that tried to sell me cheap UV lights from Amazon without any real explanation or transparency. When I brought that concern up to Omar, he immediately took the time to show me the actual product being installed, explained the quality differences, showed me the cost breakdown, and was completely upfront and honest about pricing and service. “We had a great experience with Graco HVAC and their technician Eliud! We had ductwork added along with a new and greatly improved distribution system to improve the airflow throughout our house. Additionally, we added a HALO-LED whole home air purification system. This was a big project but Eliud explained carefully what he was doing, was very thorough, documented with photos, and was very friendly and personal throughout the process.
