“Avoid this company if you want the job done right.My AC stopped working in the middle of the brutal Dallas summer heat, and the technician they sent completely misdiagnosed the severity of the problem. He found a freon leak in the evaporator coil and added 5 pounds of freon, claiming the fix would last for about six months. Anyone with basic HVAC knowledge knows that a 5-pound leak is massive, meaning the gas was bound to deplete almost quickly .Unsurprisingly, he was completely wrong. The AC stopped cooling again in less than 2 weeks. I contacted him multiple times to get a quote to replace the coil, but he hasn’t responded. He is completely unprofessional and left me stranded in the heat. If you want a half-assed job, hire him. Otherwise, stay far away.”

It turned out AC didn't have any problems, but insulation mainly. He gave a lot of great advice. He is not one of those AC companies with overheads that needs volumes to stay in business. He is local and independent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I know now who to call if my AC goes out.”
