“This company kept in touch and Dunrite (competitor) took over my old Canards service and is too big I guess to give personal service. I’ve been looking to change my AC service company and have found one I trust extremely well. I had an extremely good service comfort technician Steve B who did an excellent job on keeping me updated on arrival time, Hr is intelligent, explained everything I had questions on, gave me photos operational numbers and explained how the system worked. Steve should be promoted in my most humble opinion. I am quite certain as long as Steve works at A1. “I recently had another in a long line of great experiences using A#1 Air for which I have been a client of for 13 years. We had an issue where my upstairs York HVAC was not cooling correctly, which led me to make a call for an A#1 Air AC Technician to come and take a look. Reece Graham from A#1 Air showed up, and was both very courteous, professional, and thorough. He found the problem and before doing repair discussed the various ways to fix it, and the the costs involved. After I and my wife discussed it, and due to anticipated repair cost, it was decided by us that it was better to simply replace the 13 year old upstairs York HVAC with a new Trane HVAC unit. Here again Reece excelled as he took time to clearly show both myself and my wife all the possible options for a new Trane HVAC, complete with the benefits of each, pricing, along with finance options available, which allowed both myself and my Wife to make an informed choice. We chose a Trane HVAC unit that best fit our needs and scheduled an installation. On installation day, once again A#1 Air shined with the arrival of Omar Moreno from A#1 Air, along with his Father (also a A#1 Air employee), to do the removal of the old York HVAC and installation of the new Trane HVAC. Give the excessive heat here in Texas at the time of the installation, and the fact we had a two story house with two units, Omar was able to do the upstairs HVAC replacement without turning off the downstairs AC, which gave both myself, my wife, and our beautiful dog, a place to go to stay cool. On installation day, both Omar and his Father arrived at 9:00 AM and left at 5:00 PM, during which period they worked hard to do the HVAC replacement. At every step, they were both courteous and professional, and even took time to place vinyl drop cloth sheets down to protect our LVP floors. When the installation was finished, a complete test of the new HVAC Unit was done to ensure everything worked correctly. Once that was done they thoroughly cleaned up, and after the needed post-installation paperwork and payment, they left us with a great working upstairs HVAC and a smile on both mine and my wife's face.
