“I can’t speak highly enough of Franco! He went above and beyond to assist my wife and I in getting our first house. He was a strong advocate of ours and made sure that we got a fair deal. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient and showed us multiple houses while providing us with insightful and unbiased comments about the houses we saw. I can’t recommend Franco enough and I’m sure that we will continue to have him as our realtor in the future!”

“Franco was a great help to us. He helped us sell our home in 4 days for more than we thought we could get for it. Then, he assisted us in buying our current home at a good price. He stayed in constant contact with us during the entire process of moving from one home to another. All of his recommendations benefited us and we followed them. Franco brought in private inspectors to analyze properties before we offered a bid on the homes. These inspectors provided the approximate repair costs to bring the homes to a satisfactory condition.
