“I have used Joe with Bay Air since around 2015. He has always been prompt, respectable and available; even late hours. This past week, my 21 yr old ac unit/compressor finally gave up. We had been made aware of its age and Joe has nursed it back to life numerous times until it just couldn’t recover. So, it was no great surprise when I called Joe thinking it “just needed Freon again”. He had a new unit the very next day; and installation was completed in about 4 hours. Him and his crew have all been respectable and professional. Thank you for always being so prompt that I almost would think that I was “special” , like family. ;)”

They completed the task with no issues and offer suggestions on how to keep the a/c unit maintained and in better condition. They offer me a very good price and didnt do any bid changes.
